This high standard one-storey house is located 22 km north of Sunne at the countryside and in forest surroundings. Just by the Lake Lisjön with a view over the lake. The house was built in 1980 and the extension built in 1998. 3000 sqm site, private landing stage with own rowing boat, Canadian canoe and swimming stairs. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable furnished. Fire place in the living room, electric heating, sauna, two bathrooms with shower and WC, telephone, TV, video, DVD, PC with printer, internet, radio/CD, piano etc. mosquito nets, garden furniture and BBQ. Maximum 8 people, non-smokers. Pets allowed! Leave the house cleaned and proper.

The house is situated at the shore of Lake Lisjön with our own private landing stage, boat and Canadian canoe. It is the eastern shore, so you have the evening sun on the terras. The property size is appr 3000 sqm and there are only a very few houses around. No holiday park! You have the lake at the front and the forrest at the rear.

The house is situated about 5 minutes from Lysvik wich is situated appr. 20 kilometers north of Sunne. It´s a small village at the shore of Lake Fryken with a sand beach and a beautiful 17 century chuch. It has a railway station and is the nearest place for shopping.
