Find a region	Recognises places and regions even with typos („Seenplate“) and in your language.
Search accommodations	By region, radius or map area, travel dates, number of guests, bedrooms, price range, 61 amenities (dog, sauna, pool, fireplace …) and offers such as the best-price guarantee. With travel dates you get the real total price including all mandatory costs.
View details	Description, location, capacity, amenities, rating, photos.
Check availability	Day-by-day calendar up to 24 months ahead: free, arrival/departure days, minimum stay, nightly price.

Why we do this

Ferienhausmiete.de is a fixed-price portal: hosts pay a fixed annual fee, guests pay no commission and no service fee. So we have no interest in keeping you on our website as long as possible. We want you to find the right accommodation and talk to the host directly – whether on our site or in a conversation with your assistant.

For developers

Protocol MCP 2025-06-18, transport Streamable HTTP, read-only, no authentication. Four tools: autocomplete_regions, search_accommodations, get_accommodation, get_accommodation_availability. Inventory: only Ferienhausmiete.de’s own listings (no partner imports). Response languages: de, en, fr, pl, it, es, nl, hr – please set locale on every call.

Current limits (public tier): 60 requests per minute and 10,000 requests per day per client. Requests above the limit are answered with HTTP 429. Platforms and integrators with higher demand: write to support@ferienhausmiete.de. Material changes to the interface are announced on this page with 30 days‘ notice.
