There are two air conditioner, washing machine, high-speed unlimited Internet included in the price. Video surveillance is present. There is a parking in the yard. Location: Khreshchatyk metro station - 3 minutes, Ploshcha Lva Tolstoho - 5 minutes, to Palats Sportu - 5 minutes. There are the Arena City entertainment complex, Metrograd underground shopping complex, centers Mandarin, Gulliver nearby. There are many cafes, restaurants, pubs within walking distance.
