A large house from 1920 located in the old French neighborhood of Tivolí in Santiago de Cuba, where its three rental rooms are illuminated around a central courtyard where the fountain, warm breeze, and aromas combine to create a sense of complete peace. The furniture and lamps in the house are over a hundred years old, crafted by local carpenters and artisans, along with ironwork, stained glass, floors, and high ceilings, creating a space where tradition and contemporary elements blend seamlessly. On the rooftop terrace with a spectacular view, you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner if desired. The artwork and ancestral home of a renowned artist from the city open themselves to the world to showcase the ongoing inspiration they provide. As you indulge in refreshing cocktails and traditional drinks, you will feel immersed in the work of the illustrious artist of this city, Miguel Ángel Botalín Pampín. Our three rooms offer you a level of comfort that transports you to another era within the cherished neighborhood of Santiago de Cuba. The rooms are divided as follows: - Room 1, Mini-suite on the ground floor: With a beautiful direct view of the central courtyard of the house, it features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a television, two fans, a split air conditioning unit, a wardrobe, pantry, and a bathroom with hot and cold water. - Room 2, Mini-suite on the upper floor: With a green balcony overlooking the central courtyard, it consists of a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a television, two fans, a split air conditioning unit, a wardrobe, pantry, and a bathroom with hot and cold water. - Room 3: Located on the second floor of our guesthouse with an independent staircase, it offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with hot and cold water. It has a clothes hanger, split air conditioning, wall fans, as well as two bedside tables with lamps.
Una gran casa del 1920,en el Tivolí antiguo barrio francés de Santiago de Cuba, en la que sus tres habitaciones de alquiler se iluminan en torno a un patio central donde la fuente, la brisa cálida y los aromas se complementan para trasmitir una sensación de plena paz. Los muebles y las lámparas de la casa son centenarios, confeccionados por carpinteros y artesanos locales que junto a la herrería, vitrales, pisos y los altos puntales crean un espacio donde lo tradicional y lo contemporáneo se mezclan sin sobresaltos. Terraza en la azotea con vista espectacular donde usted puede disfrutar de su desayuno o cena si así lo desea. La obra pictórica y la casa materna de un artista ilustre de la Ciudad que se abren al mundo para mostrar todo lo que ellas mismas inspiran todavía. Mientras disfruta de refrescantes cocteles y bebidas tradicionales siéntase inmerso en la obra del artista ilustre de esta ciudad, Miguel Ángel Botalín Pampín. Nuestras tres habitaciones le brindarán un confort que lo hará transportarse a otra época en medio del atesorado barrio santiaguero. Las mismas se dividen en: - Habitación 1 Minisuite en la planta baja: Con una hermosa vista directa al patio central de la casa consta de una cama king size, dos mesas de noche con sus lámparas, televisor, dos ventiladores, split, armario, pantry y baño con agua fría y caliente. - Habitación 2 Minisuite en la planta alta: Con un verde balcón hacia el patio central se compone de una cama king size, dos mesas de noche con sus lámparas, televisor, dos ventiladores, split, armario, pantry y baño con agua fría y caliente. - Habitación 3: Ubicada con una escalera independiente en la segunda planta de nuestro hostal consta de una cama king size y de su baño con agua fría y caliente. Cuenta con un colgador para la ropa, split y ventiladores de pared así como de dos mesas de noche con lámparas.
