Well known touristic destinations as Dubrovnik - 90 km, Korcula island - 24 km, Orebic and Viganj - 15 min by car, Ston - 52 km, Island Mljet ( Prapratno ferry)- 54 km.
The villa is situated in very quiet street only 10 minutes by walk to the center of the city. The interior is designer with modern and luxury furniture which exude warmth and good vibes.
Apartment A1 Nautilus Deluxe consist three double bed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , can accommodate 6 persons. There is also balcony and summer kitchen fully equipped and large terrace with pergola and outdoor furniture.
Apartment A2 Nautilus Deluxe consist 2 bedroom with double bed , daily room with kitchen, bathroom and one separate toilet, balcony and summer outdoor kitchen fully equipped. There is also terrace on top of summer kitchen with breathtaking view.
Both apartments are suitable for 12 persons (6+6) , check in from 16:00:/ check out till 10:00 Saturday to Saturday ( min stay - 7 days) . The apartments can be booked together as 2 units for large group or two families.
Private Free parking slot in front of villa suitable for 4 cars.
Payment conditions- 30% of total price upon reservation, the rest on arrival date.
Cancelation with refund of cash advance 30% - min 30 days before arrival date.

The villa is situated on the first row to the sea with natural beach and beautiful crystal clear sea.
