It was built in 2021 with a modern style of construction, 160 m2 of living space is available, while the total area of the property is 800 m2, and it is only 300 meters away from the nearest sea. Villa Faro is located in a quiet environment with exceptional sea views. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The ground floor and upper floor are available to guests during their stay.
On the ground floor, there is an outdoor terrace with a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it there are 4 deck chairs where you can sunbathe, and a covered jacuzzi where a romantic company with a few glasses of wine is guaranteed. The terrace also has an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, so you will not have to prepare meals only inside the kitchen, and you will try the prepared food on the outdoor dining table. Outside there is a sitting area where you can drink your morning coffee in peace and quiet, looking at the untouched nature and greenery.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. On the upper floor, there is also a modern kitchen that contains everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, and near it there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The comfortable living room will be a great opportunity to relax in the afternoon watching TV, and there are also two sofas, a two-seater, a chest of drawers, and a coffee table.
On the upper floor, there is a separate laundry room, where additional facilities of the villa include a washing machine, iron, and a separate toilet. On request, and if you come with the youngest, you can also have a feeder and baby cot.
The villa is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
