The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.
It offers a swimming pool with sunbathing area, a multi-purpose terrain (soccer, tennis and basketball), summer kitchen with brick barbecue, outdoor dining area and children's playground.
On the ground floor of the villa, you have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen utilities with dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. Kitchen and living room has a direct exit to the balcony with outdoor dining table. Also, there is a separate room with darts, billiards and additional kitchen.
Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the villa: each bedroom has an extra large double bed and it is air conditioned. There is an available baby cot in one of the bedrooms. There is also an additional bed available.
All rooms have air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine available.
The outdoor area occupies 3000 mq. There is a swimming pool (32 mq) with sunbathing area which contains 6 sunbathing chairs and sun umbrellas, covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, playground (tennis, soccer or basketball) and children's playground (slide, swing) and terrain for traditional dalamatian game 'balote'.
The villa is completely fenced, very quiet and private surrounded with beautiful natural landscape. There is a parking lot with 3 parking spaces.
