In unmittelbarer Nähe des bezaubernden Ufers des Flusses Parsęta wurde ein gemütliches Ferienresort in einer ruhigen, friedlichen Gegend vorbereitet, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum des Resorts und allen Attraktionen entfernt, die es bietet. Zum schönen, breiten Meeresstrand sind es nur 650 m. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Jachthafen, wo Sie ein Ruderboot, Motorboot oder eine Yacht mieten können. Es liegt auch in der Nähe des Fischmarktes, wo Sie frischen Fisch direkt vom Kutter kaufen können.
Ein komfortables, sehr geräumiges Appartement (bis zu 138 m2 Wohnfläche) bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Tisch mit Stühlen, einem Fernseher und einer Videospielkonsole, das mit einer großen und gut ausgestatteten Küche verbunden ist. Außerdem gibt es 3 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche (eines davon hat auch eine Waschmaschine) und ein separates WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Liegestühlen. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Trampolin. WLAN ist verfügbar.
Im eingezäunten, sicheren und gepflegten Bereich der Anlage befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude auch eine Sauna (gegen Gebühr). Es gibt auch einen großen Parkplatz und einen schönen Grillpavillon mit Grillmöglichkeiten und einer Räucherei. Vom Grundstück gibt es einen direkten Ausgang zum Flussufer, wo Sie sich auf Liegestühlen entspannen oder beim Angeln entspannen können.
Der Aufenthaltspreis beinhaltet: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strom- und Wasserverbrauch, Endreinigung, Internet, Parkplatz, Babybett und Hochstuhl (Voranmeldung erforderlich).
Die Unterkunft ist nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet.
Die größte Attraktion des Kurortes Kolobrzeg ist zweifellos der breite Sandstrand am Meer. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Wanderwege, im Küstenpark, entlang der Strandpromenade, entlang der historischen Seebrücke, in der Altstadt. Es lohnt sich, den örtlichen Leuchtturm, das Aquarium, den Seehafen und die Kathedrale zu besuchen.
Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung: Für Familien mit Kindern empfehlen wir den Besuch des Freizeitparks Pomerania Fun Park. Es ist ein ganzjähriger Park, der sich im Dorf Dygowo (ca. 15 km von Kołobrzeg) befindet. Es bietet zahlreiche Karussells und Trampoline. Es gibt ein Wikingerdorf, einen Mini-Zoo und viele andere Attraktionen. In Kołobrzeg lohnt es sich auch, in ein Indianerdorf zu gehen, wo Sie die Regionen der Kulturen der Ureinwohner Nordamerikas kennenlernen können.
Innerhalb von 400 m vom Resort gibt es einen Jachthafen, wo Sie Wasserausrüstung mieten können. Ca. 800 m zur Sportanlage Milenium, die ein Hallenbad mit Attraktionen und Tennisplätzen bietet. Es gibt auch einen Kanuverleih am Flussufer (Parseta).
Durch das Resort führt der internationale Radweg R-10, der es einfach und angenehm macht, die Nachbarstädte mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
